Pour 175 to 200 ml of water into a shaker. Add the contents of the sachet and mix. Heat in a microwave oven in a bowl for about 45 seconds.
The chef's advice: Add small fresh vegetables, mixed authorised vegetables and/or aromatic herbs (chives, parsley, chervil...) and/or spices such as nutmeg, cumin or curry to the velouté. To obtain a light and creamy mousseline, add a beaten egg white.
Pea proteins, milk proteins, mushroom powder (mushroom 2%, maltodextrine), salt, flavouring, thickening agent: xanthan gum, methionine, flavour enhancer: sodium glutamate, mushroom pieces 1%, pepper 0,1%, threonine, garlic 0,1%, curry, anti-caking agent: fosfato tricálcico.
