Pour the contents of a preparation into a bowl and mix with a fork, gradually adding 40 ml of warm water. Prepare 3-4 nuggets. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 175°C or 4 minutes in a frying pan. Turn over halfway through cooking.
Warning: Do not use the shaker with hot water.
Chef's advice: To flavour, add herbs (parsley, thyme...) or spices (saffron, curry, pepper, coriander...).
