Rediscover the delicate taste of asparagus in a tasty omelette!
Pour 100 ml of cold water into a shaker. Add the mixture or just 2 pods and shake. Cook in a very hot non-stick frying pan.
To obtain a light and soft omelette, add a hardened egg white. To flavour, add aromatic herbs (parsley, thyme...) or spices (saffron, curry, pepper, coriander). Cook the preparation in a pan for pancakes, cut the omelette into slices and place them on a salad. To flavour the dish, add a few vegetables to the preparation, adding spices and herbs.
