Pour 50 ml of water into the shaker. Add the contents of a preparation and shake. Cook in a hot non-stick frying pan. Turn over halfway through cooking.
Chef's tip: To liven up the dish, add a few vegetables to the preparation, seasoned with spices and herbs. For blinis, add fresh salmon and season with lemon juice.
