Bacon cube cake
Lardon cakes are a tasty idea for an aperitif with friends!
- For 27 g of preparation: 17.8 g of protein 2.8 g of carbohydrates ;
- Authorised from phase 1.
Pour the contents of the preparation into a bowl and mix well, gradually add 50-60 ml of water for the cakes. Bake the cakes in a non-stick pan for 10 minutes in the oven at 180°C or for 1.5 minutes in the microwave.
Chef's advice: Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a salad and vegetables. To make these delicious cakes tastier, add your favourite herbs or spices.
