Using advice
Distribute 3 x 30 g (90 g) doses of Mass Gainer per day. During training or competition, take the 1st dose 1 hour before the excerscise, the 2nd dose at the end of the excercise and the 3rd dose 1 hour after the excercise.
Method of preparation :
Pour 125 ml of water or skimmed or semi-skimmed milk into a shaker, according to your preference. Add the contents of one scoop (30 g) and mix.
