Mushroom omelette

Pour 100 ml of cold water into a shaker. Add the contents of the packet and mix. Cook in a nonstick pan and turn over half way through.
Warning: Do not use the shaker with hot water.

Chef's advice: For lighter dishes, add a whisked egg white when preparing the omelette to obtain an omelette with a light and airy texture.

This product must not be used as the only source of food. It is part of a global dietary programme. Maintain a sufficient daily consumption of liquids.
