How do I subscribe to a product?
- To subscribe to a product, select the “No-commitment subscription” option when available on the product page of our website, or contact our customer service team. Your discount will be clearly displayed and applied when you place your order.
- Once you have subscribed to a product, we will send it to you regularly in the same quantities as your initial order (2 units, 3 units, 6 units, etc.) and according to the specified frequency (every 2 months, every 3 months, every 4 months, etc.). This ensures you are supplied as and when you need it, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of your products continuously.
- You will be notified of the automatic renewal of your order by email several days before the expiry date (no nasty surprises). You can change your delivery address or cancel your subscription free of charge at any time, without giving a reason. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will not be charged any fees.
