    GASTRO-AD® is a natural postbiotic obtained through soy fermentation with the strain Lactobacillus delbrueckii R01787. This process generates a stable matrix rich in peptides, modified isoflavones, organic acids, and metabolites resulting from fermentative activity. This specific composition reflects the central role of the fermentation process, which transforms soy components into characteristic bioactive molecules.

    The various metabolites of interest identified in GASTRO-AD® include genistein and certain short-chain fatty acids. These constituents illustrate the chemical complexity of the postbiotic, highlighting that its mode of action relies on a synergy of complementary mechanisms.

    This bioactive, studied since the 1950s, has been the subject of numerous clinical studies involving 900 participants; its effectiveness and safety of use are therefore well established.

    Hericium or Lion’s Mane: origin, characteristics and benefits of a polysaccharide-standardized extract

    Hericium erinaceus is one of the most emblematic medicinal mushrooms in mycotherapy. Highly valued in Asia, it is renowned for its traditional benefits. Its distinctive appearance has earned it the nickname “lion’s mane”: it forms white or cream-colored masses composed of long, cascading filaments, features that make it immediately recognizable.

    This mushroom, also known by its English name Lion’s Mane, grows naturally on the trunks and stumps of deciduous trees in temperate forests. Its cascading shape, silky texture and ivory hue make it a species that is both rare and remarkable within the fungal kingdom. In some traditions, its mane-like silhouette is associated with protection and wisdom, while the interweaving of its filaments evokes the organization of a neuronal network.

    Hericium is now particularly studied for the richness of its composition: polysaccharides (including beta-glucans) and specific molecules such as hericenones and erinacines. This unique combination of active compounds gives it a distinctive biochemical signature and contributes to its status as an exceptional mushroom.

    Standardized and concentrated Hericium extract

    The THERASCIENCE Laboratory uses a standardized extract of Hericium erinaceus, titrated and concentrated according to an 8:1 extraction ratio. Thus, 2 capsules of PHYSIOMANCE® Digemiance provide 225 mg of extract, equivalent to 1.8 g of mushroom powder.
