- 50% of the RI* in vitamin B6, which helps to regulate hormonal activity;
- 180 mg of ginseng extract titrated to 18 mg of ginsenosides, which contributes to the body's resistance to temporary stress, helps maintain physical and mental capacities in the event of exhaustion, fatigue and loss of concentration;
- 50 mg blackcurrant extract titrated at 5 mg of polyphenols, which promotes resistance to stress. It helps the body to overcome fatigue and stress, prevents the appearance of age-related changes and improves immunity;
