Collagen is a structural protein that ensures the resistance of tissues to stretching. There are 28 types of collagen present in different organs.
Type I collagen is the most abundant form of collagen in the body. This protein is notably present in the skin, and more particularly in the dermis, where it is synthesized by specialized cells: the fibroblasts. Type I collagen plays a role in the structure and elasticity of the skin. However, collagen production decreases with age. Using advice

1 stick per day. Pour the powder into a shaker, add 100 ml of water and shake vigorously or in a glass and stir with a spoon. Repeat if necessary.
