R-PET Pill Bottle: Recycled, Recyclable, and Environmentally Friendly
Aware of the importance of protecting the environment, the Therascience Laboratory team is committed every day to reducing its ecological impact while maintaining the quality and safety standards that are close to its heart. This approach is part of a continuous effort to actively contribute to a more sustainable future.
We have chosen pill bottles (containers and caps) made from R-PET, a 100% recycled and recyclable plastic, representing a major step forward in reducing our carbon footprint. This change is the result of thoughtful consideration aimed at reconciling quality, safety, and environmental respect. R-PET bottles offer several environmental and functional benefits:
- Reduction of CO₂ emissions: Using R-PET helps save 50 tons of CO₂ per year.
- Increased recyclability: Our R-PET bottles are fully recyclable through existing standard channels in all European countries. This ensures optimal material recovery, promotes a circular economy, and effectively reduces plastic waste.
- Use of existing resources: By choosing recycled materials, THERASCIENCE Laboratory contributes to the reuse of existing plastic waste, thus limiting the extraction of new natural resources.
- Safety and quality: These bottles retain all the necessary properties to ensure the stability, effectiveness, and safety of the dietary supplements they contain.
