Zynamite®+

Zynamite®+ : a patented mango leaf extract with proven efficacy in improving intellectual performance

Present in many drinks (tea, coffee, mate), caffeine has many scientifically recognised virtues. In particular, it helps to improve alertness, intellectual performance and physical performance. Excessive consumption can, however, lead to side effects: agitation, adrenaline rush, nervousness, sleep disorders, stomach disorders and headaches, etc.

The patented mango leaf extract Zynamite®+ is a safe alternative, natural and sustainable alternative to caffeine without side effects.

Recent studies have shown that Zynamite®+ activates brain waves in a pattern almost identical to that of caffeine, but acting via a mechanism that does not cause the undesirable effects of caffeine.

Zynamite®+ is an extract standardised to 15% mangiferin. Unlike standard Zynamite®  extract, it has the advantage of being soluble in aqueous solutions. Indeed, the action of pure mangiferin, present in standard Zynamite® standard, mango extract, is limited due to its low and fluctuating systemic bioavailability1,2, which is generally associated with its low aqueous solubility (0.111 mg/mL)3, and its low lipophilicity, which does not allow it to cross the intestinal membrane4. Zynamite®+ mango extract has a better bioavailability and a significantly higher absorption: 3.1 times higher than Zynamite®  in 24h.

Characteristics of Zynamite®+ mango extract

Zynamite®+ improves mental and physical performance. Under conditions of cognitive stress, Zynamite®+ mango extract modulates neurotransmitter response, improving attention during cognitive tasks, improving reaction time and reducing cognitive fatigue while maintaining heart rate and blood pressure unchanged.

Clinical trials have shown that Zynamite®+ can stimulate cognitive function and aid decision making by reducing mental fatigue, increasing attention and concentration and improving reaction times.5

A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in 16 patients showed that taking 500mg of Zynamite®+ reduced mental fatigue by more than 40% and improved reaction times by 4.7% one hour after dosing, while the placebo group showed a 5.2% reduction in reaction times after one hour.5

Another double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study of 70 healthy young adults given 300 mg of mango leaf extract showed significant improvements in brain performance on a range of cognitive tasks, including attention and memory, with effects lasting for at least five hours 6.
