Pollenssentiel®: THE EXCLUSIVE POLLEN & SAFFRON DUO BY LABORATOIRE THERASCIEN
Pollenssentiel® is a proprietary, 100% plant-based formula developed by Laboratoire THERASCIENCE. It combines a pollen extract with a standardized saffron extract titrated in safranal and crocins. To promote a synergistic action, 290 mg of pollen extract from Phoenix dactylifera L. is combined with 30 mg of standardized saffron extract derived from the stigmas of to naturally and effectively support women's well-being.
The selected pollen is derived from the flowers of the date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.), a plant known for its health benefits since antiquity. Its pollen is regarded as a “superfood” and has been referenced in numerous scientific studies as a rich source of bioactive phytochemicals with established pharmacological properties — including , and other nutrients such as vitamins and minerals.
It supports women’s comfort starting from perimenopause and throughout postmenopause, thanks to its diverse biological activities, such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as direct benefits on female sexual well-being, including improved vaginal lubrication and orgasm quality³.
The saffron used in Pollenssentiel® is guaranteed of optimal quality, thanks to a traditional yet innovative extraction process that preserves the plant’s “full spectrum” of active compounds.
Saffron is a spice extracted from the flower of Crocus sativus L., also known as “red gold.” Each flower contains only three red-orange stigmas – the female parts of the flower – which are rich in more than 150 active compounds. This high concentration means only small amounts are needed. Saffron contributes to female hormonal balance during menopause, particularly by supporting emotional balance, as it helps maintain a positive mood and improve sleep quality(3-5).
Thus, Pollenssentiel® offers a natural synergistic combination of the complementary and interconnected benefits of pollen and saffron.
With this innovative formula, THERASCIENCE Laboratory aims to effectively address the challenges linked to hormonal fluctuations in women starting from perimenopause.
