• 225 % of the zinc RI* in bisglycinate form for an optimal absorption.

Zinc is an essential trace element with anti-oxidant properties. It plays a role in many physiological functions of the body. Indeed, zinc participates in the proper functioning of the brain and supports the natural defences. It also helps to maintain normal bones and contributes to the good health of the skin, hair, mucous membranes and nails.

• 50 % of the RI* in vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate and vitamin C which potentiate the action of zinc and stimulate immunity.
• 120 mg of spirulina to complete the formula.
