Enforceability of the general terms and conditions of sale
All orders imply the buyer's acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. Therefore, no clause to the contrary can be opposed to us if we have not formally accepted it.
Validity of the contract
An order can only be taken into account if it meets the conditions set out below :
- The order must be received within three months of the issue of the medical certificate of no contraindication ;
- The medical certificate of no contraindication must be attached to the order form except for products that do not require a medical certificate of no contraindication ;
- The payment or proof of payment must be attached to the order.
Availability
Orders as well as all our promotional offers will be honoured in their order of arrival by our company, subject to availability.
Miscellaneous
In case of apparent defect or non-conformity of the delivered products, duly noted by THERASCIENCE, the buyer may obtain free replacement or reimbursement of the products, at the seller's choice, excluding any other compensation or damages.

Divers
En cas de vice apparent ou de non-conformité des produits livrés, dûment constaté(e) par THERASCIENCE, l’acheteur pourra obtenir le remplacement gratuit ou le remboursement des produits, au choix du vendeur, à l’exclusion de toute autre indemnité ou dommages et intérêts.
Modification of the order and delays
Any modification or resolution of an order, requested by the buyer, can only be taken into consideration if it is received in writing before the dispatch of the products. If the seller does not accept the modification or resolution, the deposits paid can only be returned in value - goods (or will not be returned). Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible, but are subject to the Seller's supply and transport possibilities. However, a possible delay does not give the buyer the right to refuse the goods, to claim a discount, to ask for the cancellation or termination of the contract or to claim damages.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without penalty. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the fourteen (14) day period expires using our online withdrawal form. You may also send us an unambiguous declaration by email to luxembourg@therascience.com or by post to: 21 Rue Glesener L-1631 Luxembourg Luxembourg. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request without delay.
Product Returns and Return Shipping Costs
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, unsealed, and in their original packaging, within fourteen (14) days of notifying us of your withdrawal decision.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the products, unless Therascience expressly indicates otherwise.
Refunds
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products or of Therascience receiving proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to use another payment method. In the event of a bank transfer refund, the customer must provide their IBAN to allow the refund to be processed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Therefore, products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or whose hygienic protection has been removed cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
Exchanges
You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to return your product as part of a commercial exchange, outside the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, unsealed and in their original packaging, to the following address: 21 Rue Glesener L-1631 Luxembourg Luxembourg. Please include a letter indicating the desired exchange along with a payment of €10 for the shipping costs of the new package, by cheque or bank card via a payment link that will be sent to you. Exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of the goods.
Retention of title clause
Ownership of the goods mentioned on the invoice is reserved to the seller until full payment of the price.
Tariffs
The products are supplied at the prices in force when the order is placed. The prices indicated on our product pages include all taxes. Any order whose amount is less than 59 € shall give rise to the invoicing of a lump sum of 6 € intended to cover shipping costs. These conditions are valid in Luxembourg exclusively.
Payment in 3 instalments at no extra cost
THERASCIENCE Laboratory offers its Customers Alma's credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of payment. This is subject to the Customer's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use or the credit agreement offered by Alma.
Any refusal by Alma to grant credit for an order may result in the cancellation of that order.
Any termination of the GTC binding the customer and THERASCIENCE Laboratory will result in the termination of the Terms and Conditions of Use or the credit agreement between Alma and the customer.
Payment in three instalments is available through our partner Alma. Payment security is provided by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Purchase amount: Only purchases between £50 and £2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
Fees: When paying in instalments with Alma, the fees are waived for the customer by Laboratoire Therascience. Alma is a remote payment manager and issues an electronic certificate that serves as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Termination: Any termination of the GTC binding Laboratoire THERASCIENCE and the customer shall result in the termination of the GTCU between Alma and the customer.

Any termination of the GTC binding the customer and THERASCIENCE Laboratory will result in the termination of the T&Cs or credit agreement between Alma and the customer.

Alma is a remote payment manager and issues an electronic certificate that serves as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Termination: Any termination of the GTC binding Laboratoire THERASCIENCE and the customer shall result in the termination of the GTCU between Alma and the customer.
Data Controller
As part of your order, Therascience SA collects and processes your personal data, including your first name, last name, address, email, phone number and payment information, for the purpose of managing orders, deliveries, customer service and, subject to your consent, sending commercial communications. Therascience SA is responsible for the processing of your data.
Data Subject Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679), you have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of access and rectification
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object
- Right to data portability

It may be shared with our technical service providers, in particular logistics, payment and transport, strictly in the context of fulfilling your order.
