Guggulstérones from Commiphora mukul

• Zinc is provided in the form of zinc bisglycinate. A randomized study¹ conducted on healthy volunteers compared the oral bioavailability of zinc gluconate versus zinc bisglycinate. At an equal dose (15 mg), and following a 7-day washout period between intakes, the study concluded that zinc bisglycinate had significantly higher bioavailability (+43.4%) compared to gluconate. Moreover, bisglycinate is very well tolerated by the body.
• Selenium is delivered as selenomethionine. This selenium is obtained by culturing Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast in the presence of sodium selenite. During fermentation, the yeast metabolizes the selenite and converts it into organic selenium. This selenium is then bound to a methionine molecule, an essential amino acid, forming selenomethionine, the most bioavailable form of selenium.
• Vitamins B2, B6, B9, and B12 are provided in their coenzymated forms. B vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins that work synergistically and are involved in numerous metabolic reactions. Being water-soluble, they are not stored in the body and present no risk of accumulation or overdose. The KSM-66^® ashwagandha extract is standardized to 5% withanolides, providing 15 mg of withanolides per daily dose.
• The flowers of Sophora japonica are known to contain a powerful flavonoid, kaempferol. To fully unlock the benefits of this compound, we selected a standardized flower extract of Sophora japonica with a particularly high 15:1 extraction ratio. Thus, the 500 mg of extract provided by 3 tablets of PHYSIOMANCE^® Tironat Gold is equivalent to 7.5 g of dried plant. Our extract is standardized to 10% natural kaempferol, delivering 50 mg per daily dose.
• Our standardized Commiphora mukul resin extract has a 4:1 extraction ratio. With 3 tablets, PHYSIOMANCE^® Tironat Gold provides 400 mg of extract, equivalent to 1.6 g of dried plant. The extract is standardized to 10% guggulsterones, yielding 40 mg per daily dose.
