Benefits

Food supplement

Weight loss is a multifactorial process that relies both on fat burning and on good regulation of water retention, often underestimated.

Feelings of bloating, heavy legs, digestive discomfort or unexplained weight gain can be signs of an imbalance in the elimination system. The liver, kidneys, lymphatic system and bile ducts are indeed the main organs involved in drainage, detoxification and fat metabolism. When these systems are overloaded or functioning sluggishly, the elimination of toxins and water, as well as fat burning, become less efficient, thereby slowing progress toward body shape goals.

Physiomance®Minciboost is part of this holistic approach by acting on 4 key areas:

  • Drainage, supported by green maté extract, helps promote renal water elimination by stimulating kidney function and facilitating the removal of excess water retained in tissues. This drainage support can play a key role in the feeling of lightness.
  • Elimination, provided by couch grass, aims to support renal elimination functions.
  • Detoxification, largely driven by the action of couch grass, supports detoxification systems, acts on metabolism and appetite, resulting in a reduction in body weight.
  • Fat burning, made possible by the presence of guarana, plays a role in metabolism. This plant also helps suppress feelings of hunger, contributes to fat metabolism, which in turn supports weight management and better long-term body shape control.

Physiomance® Minciboost is particularly suited to people prone to water retention or experiencing periodic bloating, especially during hormonal changes, a sedentary lifestyle or dietary imbalance. By supporting elimination functions, Physiomance® Minciboost can effectively complement a weight management approach, alongside a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.

What does science say?

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recognises that:

  • - Couch grass (Elymus repens, root) supports detoxification systems and renal elimination functions, acts on metabolism and appetite, resulting in a reduction in body weight
  • - Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale, root) contributes to hepatic and biliary function, supports digestive comfort and facilitates digestion.
  • - Guarana (Paullinia cupana, seed) helps reduce feelings of hunger and fatigue. It supports fat metabolism, which contributes to weight control.
  • - Green maté extract (Ilex paraguariensis, leaf) contributes to the drainage of the body.

To date, no health claim has been authorised by European authorities regarding the benefits of hibiscus, red vine, ash and pineapple. However, numerous scientific studies highlight their potential actions.

The benefits of PHYSIOMANCE® Minciboost

Couch grass: a plant traditionally used since Antiquity

A perennial herbaceous plant native to temperate regions of Europe and Asia, couch grass has been used since Antiquity in traditional pharmacopoeias. It is primarily its rhizomes that are used, due to their richness in mucilages and mineral salts. It grows spontaneously in sandy soils, embankments and wetlands, where its well-developed root system gives it strong anchoring capacity. In phytotherapy, the couch grass root is traditionally used in herbal infusions and decoctions, particularly to support detoxification systems and renal elimination functions, as well as acting on metabolism and appetite.

Guarana: an Amazonian plant traditionally used to support fat metabolism

Native to the Brazilian Amazon, guarana is a vine cultivated by indigenous peoples for its seeds, traditionally dried, ground and diluted into energising drinks. Renowned for its natural richness in caffeine, the guarana seed is a historic ingredient of South American pharmacopoeias, notably used to support physical effort and long treks through the tropical forest. In Amazonian traditions, guarana was also used to suppress feelings of hunger and fatigue, contribute to fat metabolism, which in turn helps control weight.

Hibiscus: a traditionally used tropical plant

Native to West Africa, hibiscus is cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions around the world.

Its vivid red flowers are traditionally infused into tangy drinks such as karkadé or bissap.

Widely used in African, Caribbean and Asian culinary and medicinal traditions, hibiscus is also appreciated for its richness in anthocyanins.

Dandelion: a plant traditionally used for hepatic, biliary and digestive support

Widespread in European meadows and gardens, dandelion is a perennial plant well known in traditional pharmacopoeias. Already mentioned in medieval medical treatises, it was used by herbalists to "cleanse the blood" and support the organs of elimination. All parts of the plant – root, leaves, flowers – have been used in ancient preparations, notably in bitter decoctions or spring herbal teas intended to "purify the body" after winter.

Dandelion is traditionally used to improve and support hepatic and biliary function, digestive comfort and to facilitate digestion.

Green maté: yerba maté and its traditional uses to support body drainage

A tree native to southern Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina, green maté has been cultivated for centuries for its leaves, consumed as an infusion to support drainage of the body. Renowned for centuries for its benefits and traditional uses, maté is an integral part of South American cultures. The traditional drink "yerba maté", prepared in a gourd, is known for its characteristic vegetal taste and its natural content of xanthines, including caffeine.

Red vine: leaves rich in polyphenols and flavonoids

A specific variety of vine cultivated in wine-growing regions, red vine is valued not only for its grapes but also for its leaves, which contain polyphenols and flavonoids.

In traditional phytotherapy, the leaves were often dried and processed into herbal teas or aqueous extracts.

Ash: traditional uses since the Middle Ages

A majestic tree of European forests, ash has been renowned since the Middle Ages for its leaves, used in decoctions.

Present in many medicinal traditions, it was recognised for uses related to the circulation of fluids in the body.

It was frequently included in preparations intended to "purify the humours", particularly in combination with dandelion or couch grass.

Pineapple: a tropical fruit and source of bromelain

An emblematic tropical fruit from Central America, pineapple was discovered by Europeans in the 15th century.

Traditionally, the pineapple core has been used in phytotherapy for its natural enzymes, notably bromelain.

This part of the pineapple is frequently incorporated into plant-based preparations associated with weight management approaches.

Enhanced Quality and Naturalness

Committed to a respectful, demanding and natural formulation approach, PHYSIOMANCE® Minciboost is based on a synergistic blend of 8 carefully selected plants. The plant extracts of couch grass, dandelion, guarana, hibiscus, red vine, ash and pineapple are obtained through aqueous extraction, a gentle process that uses no chemical solvents, in order to preserve the integrity of water-soluble active compounds.

PHYSIOMANCE® Minciboost is developed according to strict quality and safety standards to guarantee a reliable and effective product. This is why our Laboratory has developed the High Quality Process®, an exclusive process that guarantees the origin, bacteriological quality and efficacy of each selected plant extract.

Not tested on animals and manufactured in Europe, it meets the most stringent dietary requirements: free from gluten- and lactose-based ingredients. The tablets are formulated without ingredients of animal origin, thus respecting vegetarian diets and commitments in favour of naturalness.
