PHYSIOMANCE MÉTHYL'UP provides for 1 sachet or 6 capsules:
800 mg of betaine, 600 mg of VitaCholine® choline, 386 % of the RI* in vitamin B6 (pyridoxal - 5' - phosphate), 100 % of the RI* in vitamin B9 (calcium L-methylfolate) and 800 % of the RI* in vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) which contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 are in their active form for optimal bioavailability ;
100% of the RI* in zinc (bisglycinate) and vitamin B2 (riboflavin - 5' - phosphate, sodium) which help protect cells against oxidative stress. Zinc and vitamin B2 are in their biologically active form for optimal effectiveness.
Dimethylglycine (HCl) is an amino acid that completes the formula.
PHYSIOMANCE MÉTHYL'UP contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal DNA and protein synthesis.

For its complete formula, composed of 3 bio-active ingredients (betaine, choline and dimethylglycine) and 1 highly concentrated micronutritional complex. For the optimal bioavailability of zinc in bisglycinate form and vitamins B2, B6, B9 and B12 in coenzyme form.
Expert opinion
The methylation reaction is largely linked to our nutritional state, and sensitive to our environment (tobacco, alcohol, overweight, toxic substances, etc.). Hypomethylation increases the incidence of cancer, liver dysfunction, neurodegenerative diseases, depression, muscular fatigue and leads to an increase in serum homocysteine, a major factor in vascular aggression, stroke risk and dementia. Vitamins B2, B6, B9 and B12, zinc, choline and betaine are the main nutrients, scientifically identified as essential for the methylation reaction. They must be taken into account to combat homocysteinemia and the pathologies associated with methylation deficiency.
