PHYSIOMANCE CÔLON provides for 2 capsules :

100 mg of coriander extract which helps to maintain a normal gas balance in the digestive tract;
100 mg of fennel extract which helps to promote digestion and elimination. Fennel is also used to relieve digestive discomforts such as bloating, as well as supporting the excretory function of the kidneys and detoxification systems ;
30 mg of aloe vera extract, 150 mg of prune extract, 200 mg of carob powder, 150 mg of chlorella powder and 200 mg of ispaghul powder complete the formula.

Located in the last part of the digestive system, the colon has the function of eliminating waste products and absorbing water, but also short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) resulting from the fermentation of fibres by the bacteria of the microbiota. However, if they are not sufficiently and regularly eliminated, waste can accumulate in the colon, leading to a proliferation of pathogenic bacteria that release toxins. Their presence is then likely to reduce the absorption capacity of the colon. As a result, digestion becomes difficult, causing bloating and constipation problems.
