Using advice

Tip: Consume once a day after your workout or as a snack.
Directions for use: Pour 210 to 250 ml of cold water or plant-based milk into a shaker. Add the contents of 2 scoops (30 g). Shake vigorously. Your drink is ready to enjoy!
