The intestinal microbiota corresponds to the collection of micro-organisms, mainly bacteria, naturally present in the digestive tract: it constitutes a complex, dynamic and individualized ecosystem, whose balance relies on the diversity and the harmonious coexistence of different microbial communities.

What does science say?

The microbiotic strains integrated into TEOLIANCE® Premium 10 have been the subject of numerous scientific investigations, and their biological mechanisms of action are described in the literature through in vitro, preclinical and clinical studies. Several studies suggest potential fields of application of interest in various physiological contexts.
Nevertheless, to date, no health claim relating to these strains has been validated by the European authorities under Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006. Despite the absence of officially authorised claims, the abundance of available scientific data reflects a growing interest from research and opens perspectives still requiring further investigations to be fully established.

However, vitamins C and D3 have been the subject of numerous studies evaluated by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) :

The formula of TEOLIANCE® Premium 10 combines five microbiotic strains providing a total of 10 billion CFU per capsule. It includes Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-3, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BS01, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Lactobacillus plantarum BG112 and Bifidobacterium longum BL03, five strains precisely identified at strain level and documented in the scientific literature.

These micro-organisms belong to the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium genera, naturally present in the human intestinal microbiota. The combination of several species and strains within the same formulation is part of a microbial diversity approach, consistent with the complexity of the intestinal ecosystem. The dosage of 10 billion CFU per capsule was defined according to a controlled formulation approach, ensuring the integration of these five strains into a suitable galenic form, as well as their identification, traceability and quality consistency from one batch to another, in accordance with the requirements applicable to food supplements based on microbiotic strains.

The formula is complemented by natural vitamins C and D3, selected to enrich the micronutritional composition of the product. This photochemical process makes it possible to obtain a highly purified vitamin D3, free from lanolin residues, suitable for supplementation use under controlled conditions of quality and safety.

Finally, the 100% plant-based capsules fully fit within this approach of enhanced naturalness.
