- 800 mg of betaine, 600 mg of VitaCholine® choline, 386 % of the RA** in vitamin B6 (pyridoxal - 5' - phosphate), 100 % of the RA** in vitamin B9 (calcium L-methylfolate) and 800 % of the RA** in vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) which contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 are in their active form for optimal bioavailability.
- 100% of the RA** in zinc (bisglycinate) and vitamin B2 (riboflavin - 5' - phosphate, sodium) which help protect cells against oxidative stress. Zinc and vitamin B2 are in their biologically active form for optimal effectiveness.
