Fer-magnésium (Iron- Magnesium)

PHYSIOMANCE FER MAGNÉSIUM (Iron- Magnesium) contains in 1/2 tablet:  

• 14 mg of iron Ferrochel™  in the form of bisglycinate salts for better bioavailability. Iron is necessary for red blood cells and haemoglobin the pigment that transports oxygen. Iron contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the reduction of fatigue, and also promotes normal cognitive function.
• 28.1 mg of magnesium in the form of citrate. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological functions and the reduction of fatigue. It is also involved in the process of cell division ;
• 45% of RI* in copper which contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body ;
• 50% of RI* in vitamins B2, B6 and B9, which contribute to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and help reduce fatigue. Vitamin B9 plays a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal psychological functioning.
