Take a gourmet break with the caramel flan!
Pour 135 ml of cold water into a shaker. Add the contents of the packet and mix. Heat in a saucepan until the mixture becomes liquid and then put it in a ramekin or heat 45 seconds in the microwave directly in a ramekin. Put it 1 h in the fridge.
Warning: Do not use the shaker with hot water.
