120 mg of EPA*;
135 mg of DHA**;
270 μg of natural vitamin A (34% of RI***) and 3.2 μg of natural vitamin D3 (64% of RI***), which help the immune system to function normally. In addition, vitamin D promotes the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, contributes to normal blood calcium levels, normal muscle function and plays a role in the process of cell division and specialisation. For children, vitamin D contributes to normal bone growth and development.
30 mg of natural vitamin E (250% of RI***), which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
