Using advice
Distribute 2 intakes of 25 g (i.e. 50 g) of Absolut Whey per day. During training or competition, take the 1st dose 45 minutes before training and the 2nd dose 45 minutes after training.
Method of preparation :
Pour 150 ml of water or skimmed or semi-skimmed milk into a shaker, according to your preference. Add the contents of one scoop (25 g) and mix.
